Enruta360 S.r.l.
The general conditions applicable to the booking of trips and tourist services through Welfare circuits (company vouchers) are set out below, both for packages available on the Enruta360 website and for tailor-made trips requested directly from the agency.
In the event of any conflict between this English translation and the Italian original, the Italian version shall prevail.
1. Nature and general rules of the Voucher
the Voucher represents a specific benefit and entitles the holder to a single good, performance, work or service, for its entire nominal value;
the Voucher must obligatorily and expressly indicate the subject of the performance and its nominal value;
the Voucher is nominative, may not be assigned to third parties, is not marketable and/or convertible, even in part and in no case, into money (not monetisable);
the Voucher must obligatorily bear the name of the actual user of the service, may not represent sums of money and may not be issued as a reimbursement of expenses already incurred by the Person who books through a Welfare circuit;
in no case will Enruta360 S.r.l. pay money upon surrender of the Vouchers, even if the performance carried out should entail payment of a consideration lower than the value of the Voucher surrendered: any surplus remains for the benefit of Enruta360 S.r.l. and is neither refundable nor usable for subsequent purchases;
if the value of the Voucher is lower than the price of the requested service, the Person may make up the difference with a direct payment to Enruta360 S.r.l., according to the methods indicated in points 2 and 3 below.
2. Booking of catalogue packages through a Welfare circuit
The process for booking tourist packages available on the Enruta360 website through a Welfare circuit is described below:
a. The Person who intends to book through a Welfare circuit, by accessing their Welfare platform, will be able to view Enruta360 among the partner companies;
b. The Person must then access the Enruta360 website via the link available on their Welfare platform;
c. The Person may choose the trip they prefer from those available on the Enruta360 website;
d. The Person must subsequently follow the specific procedure relating to their Welfare portal and indicate the selected trip;
e. The Company that offers the Welfare service will issue a Voucher for the chosen trip;
f. The issued Voucher will be transmitted to Enruta360 S.r.l.;
g. Enruta360 S.r.l., following receipt of the Voucher, will contact the Person to proceed with the booking from the Enruta360 website. The Person will log in with their own details, selecting as Payment type “pay full amount” and as Payment Method “manual bank transfer”, then accepting the terms and conditions. If the value of the chosen package is higher than the value of the Voucher, the difference must be paid by the Person directly to Enruta360 S.r.l. according to the payment methods indicated in the General Conditions of Contract for the Sale of Tourist Packages;
h. Should the trip chosen by the Person go sold out in the time needed to complete the booking procedure through use of the Voucher, Enruta360 S.r.l. will not, in any case, accept the issued Voucher;
i. For the portion covered by the Voucher only, the procedure does not provide for any payment by the Person, such payment remaining exclusively with the Company that offers the Welfare service; any difference made up remains instead at the Person’s expense.
It is specified that the process described above may be subject to variations depending on the specific characteristics of the Welfare platform used.
3. Tailor-made trips requested through a Welfare circuit
For tailor-made trips, these not being available in the catalogue on the website with a predetermined price, the booking procedure through a Welfare circuit follows a different path from that indicated in point 2:
a. The Person interested in a tailor-made trip contacts Enruta360 S.r.l. directly (by e-mail, telephone or form on the website), indicating their travel needs and the Welfare platform they have available;
b. Enruta360 S.r.l. prepares a personalised quotation based on the Person’s requests;
c. Once the quotation has been accepted, the Person proceeds to book/block on their Welfare platform the amount they intend to use, obtaining the issue of a Voucher or an identification code;
d. The Person communicates to Enruta360 S.r.l. the Voucher or the code received from the Welfare platform, so that its validity may be verified;
e. The value of the Voucher is applied as a deduction from the total price of the accepted quotation; if the quotation has a value higher than the Voucher, the Person makes up the difference with a direct payment to Enruta360 S.r.l., according to the methods and terms provided for by the General Conditions of Contract for the Sale of Tourist Packages;
f. The definitive confirmation of the booking is subject both to receipt/validation of the Voucher and, where due, to payment of the top-up amount by the Person.
It is specified that also for tailor-made trips the process may be subject to variations depending on the specific characteristics of the Welfare platform used.
4. Common provisions
4.1. In the event of cancellation of the trip by the Person who booked through a Welfare circuit, the portion covered by the Voucher is in no case refundable, consistently with the non-monetisable nature of the Voucher itself. Any amount paid by the Person by way of top-up instead follows the withdrawal conditions and any penalties specifically indicated in the trip sheet or in the booking confirmation; in the absence of specific indications, the standard withdrawal conditions and penalties provided for by the General Conditions of Contract for the Sale of Tourist Packages apply.
4.3. Group trips and failure to reach the minimum number of participants. In the event of cancellation of the trip by Enruta360 S.r.l. for failure to reach the minimum number of participants provided for, or for another cause attributable to the organiser, the Person is entitled to a full refund of amounts paid, pursuant to the General Conditions of Contract for the Sale of Tourist Packages. For the portion paid by Welfare Voucher, Enruta360 S.r.l. will promptly request from the Welfare platform the cancellation of the Voucher, so as to restore the related amount to the Person’s availability on their Welfare circuit. It is specified that such cancellation is subject to the terms and conditions of the Welfare platform used, which typically limit such possibility to the month of issue of the Voucher and to the related provision in the agreement with the operator, and therefore does not depend on the will of Enruta360 S.r.l. If cancellation of the Voucher is not technically possible, Enruta360 S.r.l., being unable to proceed with a refund in money given the non-monetisable nature of the Voucher, will issue in favour of the Person its own voucher of corresponding amount, usable within one year from the date of issue for a subsequent purchase with Enruta360 S.r.l.
